Finished after three sessions of livestreaming. Could’ve finished it in one day but I got… lazy. I think it’s quite okay, though I’m pretty sure I could’ve put more effort into it.
Paint Tool SAI, additional effects with Photoshop CS5.
Something I made during a livestream. Actually pleased with this and kept on experimenting with that technique (i.e. the one I used on the Deadite Ash drawing). Also experimented around with colours and stuff.

Deadite Ash
Something new! After a pretty long period of nothing. But yeah, been busy with mainly the rubbish of life. Tried a slightly different technique, which I quite like.
Here’s my entry. A mechanical knight of some sort. Was mainly experimenting with new techniques and stuff and I’m fairly pleased with the result.

Reblogging this here. First day of April and first entry to the April Drawing Challenge.

Jim Moriarty.
Actually, this is supposed to be a drawing of a young Moriarty, still in school and like that. Andrew Scott/Moriarty isn’t very easy to draw, but once you get the hang of some things, it’s manageable. In fact, I drew this without using any references.
Pencil, adjustments done on Photoshop CS5.
A little snippet of what I’m working on right now. Don’t know how long it’ll take me to finish, but we’ll see. Really glad with how it looks so far.
Paint Tool SAI, W.I.P.
Was bored and inspired so I quickly and rather sloppily doodled this up. Supposed to be Ash from the Evil Dead movies. I was too lazy to add the watermark on Photoshop so I just wrote it down with a pencil.
Felt-tip pens.
Sketches I did last week. Haven’t drawn with pencils in a long while.

At first this was a doodle but then after looking at it a bit more it seemed like a rather nice drawing which could be used on a t-shirt or as stickers. But, to make that happen I’m sure I’d need to get rights etc, etc. So for now this shall be fan-art.
And if you have no idea who this limb-less chap is, I’m sorry, but you must be from another planet.
Something from the same drawing session:

Photoshop CS5.
So I coloured the drawing! I actually photocopied it on thicker, watercolour paper, because the original was drawn on simple paper.
Was fun to do, took me an hour and a half. One of those rare moments when the scanner actually improved the colours.
